Claim Submission
All claims must be reported on a fully completed Acord loss form by email, fax, or mail. Please secure as much information as possible to assist the adjuster in processing the claim.

Acknowledgement
We will fax/e-mail the broker a copy of the claim acknowledgement which the carrier will mail directly to the insured. This will include a claim number and the name of the claim's examiner.

Retain this document in your claim file and refer to the claim number on all future correspondence on this claim with Breed's's Hill.

Claims Status
We provide claim follow-ups via phone and email. Kindly include the name of insured, claim number, and date of loss with your inquiry.

Please do not call the North American Risk for this information.

Loss Run Requests
We provide loss runs to the broker of record per written request via fax or email. We will send loss runs to you by both fax and mail. Please allow 2-7 days for receipt.

If you are not the current Broker of Record, the insured must request the loss information on their letterhead and we will mail the information to them directly.
