In 2004, we introduced our on-line application system, ARTEMAS™, and we’re delighted with the response that we’ve received from our brokers. Approximately two-thirds of all applications are submitted via this web-based program, and the numbers are growing.

From the onset, we have sought brokers’ suggestions for improving ARTEMAS™. Over the past few months, we’ve upgraded the system which has expanded our capacity to turnaround quotes in significantly less time as well as to issue policies and endorsements in a more accurate and timely manner.

We also are striving to enhance the system and are working on new features, including on-line endorsement applications.
